What? Oh i think i know what you mean, A screen capture? I'm not sure wether you have a mac or a pc (i have a mac). What i do is press control+apple key+4. And im not sure what you do on a PC? I beleive there is a screen capture key??
Yeah so pretty much you just press those keys and highlight the stuff you want to put onto your blog.... etc
